Using the regulations, court cases and OCR letters of findings, this workshop provides relevant and practical insights into the referral to placement process under Section 504.

The workshop delivery is primarily lecture, with some processing activities.  Questions from workshop participants are very much encouraged. 

Workshop participants receive an 81 page professional development manual featuring PowerPoint slides, case study scenarios, case study templates, the Section 504 Professional Assessment Inventory, sample forms and the Section 504 regulations. In addition attendees receive a certificate of attendance for professional development CEU’s.
